The task of the quality system is two fold: firstly, the business plan by streamlining the work
processes and eliminating waste and secondly to meet the needs of the customer.
Underlying this philosophy of quality, there is the idea that it is more advantageous to prevent problems rather than deal with them at a later time.
The two key words are: satisfaction (external reviews before moving everything to the internal customer satisfaction) and participation (of all staff in the process).
